Requirements for every topic created

  1. Post your server os version e.g. Ubuntu 20.04

  2. Post the details of your cyberpanel version from https://SERVER_URL:8090/base/versionManagment e.g.

  1. Include steps to reproduce the problem and include screenshots where possible

1. If you are having issues with SSL renewal/getting new SSL. Then share following

  1. vhost conf
  2. Rewrite rules
  3. CyberPanel main log files

2. If you are having issues with mail sending/receiving

  1. Share email logs, you can use these two commands to get real time email logs (journalctl -f | grep postfix or journalctl -f | grep dovecot)
  2. You can also check logs from CyberPanel
  3. Before creating a post check if your email ports are open for sending, because some providers block email ports.
  4. Test email deliverability using //email/testTo: and post the results in your topic

Assistance with website deployment on cyberpanel
