WWW domain doesn't seem to work (affects SSL registration)

First post! I have loaded a website using CyberPanel, and it says on the page that the “www” subdomain will automatically be created. This did not work. As a result, SSL registration hits a timeout when zerossl tries to confirm the www.[domain].

The www subdomain appears in DNS > Add/Delete Records, mapped to the server IP address.

When I ping the www domain it doesn’t respond, but the root domain (without www.) responds just fine.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated, I’ve been at this for far too long.

I have created an alias for www.[domain] within the website configuration as well, but the issue still persists. I imagine the aliases only have an effect if the dns resolves to the server, which it currently doesn’t.
