Set Schedule Backup custom time and fix backup retention

Hello,
It will be very useful to add the possibility to choose a desired time for the Schedule Backup. I noticed that it runs in whatever time it was set, without any option to make the use able to pick the time he needs.
Also, I noticed that the retention option is not working, as mentioned from other users too.

After months, I see there is no reaction with this topic, may I know why please? The retention problem is still there, and it is posted as a bug on Github too:

I have the same problem… BKPs are poor in CyberPanel not working and dont respect retention
