I followed the instruction to filter spam here Filtering Spam in RainLoop, AutoReply and Email Filters with Sieve
Since then, emails stop coming to Rainloop. I can send email and emails are coming (I can see incoming mails in MailWatch) but not showing in any Rainloop folder. I have uninstalled dovecot-sieve and dovecot-managesieved and dovecot-lmtpd and SpamAssasin. Yet mails still not showing.
You may have configured something wrong in the sieve management. What you can do now is reset your mailserver by connecting your cyberpanel to cloud.cyberpanel.net and using the Email debugger option there.
Make sure to activate API access for the admin username for connecting your cyberpanel to cloud.cyberpanel.net
If the Email debugger option is not showing for you, then open support ticket there and the support team will activate it for you.
