How unlock locked package?

I accidentally lock package from cyberpanel package manager now I cant find how to unlock package. Cyberpanel package manager can show only 500 package per page and when try go next page get error below and cant find package
"Error!
Data supplied is not accepted, following characters are not allowed in the input ` $ & ( ) { } ; : ‘ < >. "

I tried SSH command sudo apt-mark showhold to find locked package with no luck. How I can locate and remove package from lock list?
