How to increase the upload limit of phpMyAdmin to import a database?

I’m trying to import a database but the issue that i have it’s that phpMyAdmin just admit 2MB files. How can I edit this parameter? Becausa CyberPanel don’t allow to access to the root files from server. I read in other sites that I need to edit Php Max Upload Size, but i’cant do that in the root files, only in a specific website. Any suggest?
