If you are trying to use cyberpanel as a ddns host then this not what you are looking for. Cyberpanel leverages powerdns properties and powerdns ddns features are limited.
CyberPanel does not offer the feature in frontend however you could try to alter the powerdns settings pdns.conf by allowind dns updates, update static leases, setup update policies etc. This is too much heavy lifting for just ddns to work correctly I would seek alternatives for this purpose.
