@die2mrw007 Thank you so much for the help. I found the password and I can now login Rainloop Admin.
However, the new problem I discovered is that incoming mails are no longer showing in INBOX or any other folder. I can send mails and the recipient will recieve. But when they send me email, I will not recieve. This happend after I followed @usmannasir instruction here: Filtering Spam in RainLoop, AutoReply and Email Filters with Sieve
