Open your server using SSH client such as Remmina, Bitvise SSH Client. You need to be a root user or sudo user. Consult server provider for this. Then just copy paste this when you see console:

You cannot send emails. Use snappymail admin - Go to https://SERVER_URL/snappymail/?admin If you dont know your password follow this guide SnappyMail admin password reset - #2 by seanfitz09

Ok seems your ports are open and everything works except the mailserver ssl is seflsigned. Can you issue a new mailserver ssl using cyberpanel https://SERVER_URL:8090/manageSSL/sslForMailServer
