Can send but Can't Receive Email Error

Hi Guys,

I hope you can assist me in fixing an error in my email system. I was able to save and use in Mail (MAC) POP (port 995) and smtp (port 587). I can send email but cannot receive email. I also see 2 IP address which are not my PC and host IP. What are these 2 IPs (92.118.38.36 & 218.78.72.97) which are located in China and Russia?

Below are the Email Error logs for your analysis.

You need to publish MX records before you recieve email to your server.

For more information you can search online about MX records and make sure it is published.

Hi CyberPanel,

I have exactly the same MX, SPF, DMARC, DNS, DKIM in Cloudflare and CyberPanel. I have reinstall using CyberPanel and LiteSpeed Enterprise but still cannot receive email. I also installed SSL in MailServer. This are the Error in the Logs.

AlonaG I have the same problem i think is spamassasin becouse if I delete “-o content_filter=spamassassin” and give # “befour spamassassin unix - n n - - pipe flags=R user=spamd argv=/usr/bin/spamc -e /usr/sbin/sendmail -oi -f ${sender} ${recipient}” in /etc/postfix/master.cf.
Maile receive normal.

It’s not Spam Assassin my error log do not mention Spam Assassin.
I think my Postfix and Dovecot are not configured correctly because I don’t know how to configure them if use Let’s Encrypt SSL.

i use this comands from blog.cyberpanel.net

groupadd spamd
useradd -g spamd -s /bin/false -d /var/log/spamassassin spamd
chown spamd:spamd /var/log/spamassassin

And now email works fine.
