[BUG] Cat: /home/cyberpanel: No such file or directory

This feature is bug-ridden.

1. I tried @richardevcom way and it failed
2. Create a new website with a primary domain and still failed
3. On a different server with lastest CyberP tried both ways and still failed
4. All logs have no bugs related to this feature
