Recently i tried to install a plugin in my wordpress website and it asking me FTP login in Wordpress dashboard area as a popup.
# Connection Information
To perform the requested action, WordPress needs to access your web server. Please enter your FTP credentials to proceed. If you do not remember your credentials, you should contact your web host.
Thats the erorr with asking FTP logins…
Unable to install anything in my site now. Do help.

Go to List Websites → my.wordpresswebsite.com → File Manager → Fix Permissions
OR
Do it in terminal chmod 777 /home/my.wordpresswebsite.com/public/wp-content/plugins/

I tried by clicking “Fix Permissions” but nothing is happening and no change happened in site as well.
I am not sure, but it was all good last few weeks ago. This issue happening like past 2 weeks. I tried all but no solution.
I would be happy if someone can help me with it asap.

I still have this issue and didn’t get any solution from Cyberpanel support here. Anyone can direct me to their contact form or email or call number. Its creating more issues in site now.
