Hi CyberPanel team,
I’m experiencing an issue while trying to install WordPress through CyberPanel. I receive the following error:
“Error establishing a database connection. This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or that contact with the database server at localhost:3306 could not be established.”
Steps already tried:
- Verified MySQL service is running
This is a fresh install. Please advise on what might be misconfigured in CyberPanel or what logs to provide for deeper debugging.
