Why my server IP is getting blacklisted for spam mails without even having any email users?

Hey there,

My server is getting blacklisted for sending spam mails even without having any users added to it for email usage.

I want to use a third-party mail server (ZOHO Mail) so please guide me on how to turn off all the mailing options and configurations.

Also, help me understand these error logs which may help to figure out the reason behind these spam mails and ways to resolve it.

I suggest you test if your IP or domain is listed on a blacklist first. You can use a DNS Blacklist Checker tool for this. It will scan your IP or domain name to see if it’s on any blacklist, this will help you know the source of your problem.

which provider you are using. some time ips are already black listed
