Why Cyberpanel Need My Card & Photo?

I get a email a few weeks ago cyberpanel started vps service and i thought why not and also with all addons. So i moved my all websites and a important ecommerce website. Today cyberpanel support terminated my server because I didn’t upload my card photo and passport photo for verification on support ticket.

Really i am so sad for see this, why i need share my personal information? Nobody, any service asking this, this is so ridiculous and my all files deleted right now.

I was supporting and defending always time cyberpanel on everywhere but no more cyberpanel.

Our system have flagged your account.

On stripe you have 100+ failed payments with multiple cards.

We don’t need your card, what we need is a proof that you own those cards. This is really important for us to keep our account in a healthy state.

Auto fund system was sending me email every hour for autofund but i was using this card for use this type on websites and i was adding balance from my priv account. I will send a physical photo with my name and id. Thank you for responde and sorry from support team member. I didn’t know problem from Stripe. Thank you again for responding.
