PLEASE QUICK SOLUTION.*
Try run update script.

If you changed the root password, you need to add it to these files:
/etc/cyberpanel/mysqlPassword
/usr/local/CyberCP/CyberCP/settings.py
Hi,
I changed the name and password of the root user and I’m getting the white screen issue. I’ve updated the two files you mentioned and tried running the update script but no luck.
In fact previously I was able to access phpMyAdmin even after I changed the user, but then I added 2FA and did an update and haven’t been able to access it since.
Any ideas? Thanks.
Any update on this? I still have the white screen of doom.

I’ll paste it here in case that page goes down.
This of course disables the 2FA as it clears the blowfish encryption key. There is some bug in Cyberpanel (or maybe the version of phpmyAdmin) it seems when using 2FA.
