Hello all,
Upon creating a website, I am unable to access the domains DNS zone. When I select the domain under “Add/Delete Records”, I get the error:
“Cannot fetch records. Error message:Domains matching query does not exist”
It seems the zone is not being created… logs look normal.
I have replicated across multiple instances on both ubuntu and centos.
Thanks,
Max

any luck? Have the same problem
Solved the problem! In case someone find this post like I did
The problem was that I created a subdomain as a new website and wasn’t be able to manage any DNS records. I constantly got the same error “Cannot fetch records. Error message:Domains matching query does not exist”
Resolved by creating new DNS zone for my subdomain website and that’s it now I’m able to add and delete records

Here is what i did just for the ones who are still struggling with “www.example.com” SSL issue. I created a new DNS Zone entry for the subdomain and re-issued the SSL from CyberPanel SSL → Manage SSL. It all got fixed for now.
