Urgent: Missing All Addons Plan Purchase – No Response (#1970-4069)

Hello CyberPanel Team,

I purchased the All Addons plan through your website before creating my account. I received an email confirming the payment, and afterward, I created my CyberPanel account. However, the plan does not appear in my dashboard.

It has now been 3 days with no feedback or response. I’ve tried creating multiple support tickets but have not received any assistance. This experience is very concerning, and it makes me hesitant to consider purchasing any additional CyberPanel services given the lack of support.
