Uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize, The link you followed has expired

When I tried to upload a plugin, showing the error “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”

When I tried to upload a theme “The link you followed has expired.” showed.

I already updated/change the nano /etc/php/7.4/cli/php.ini Post_Max, execution_time, Upload-size and rebooted vps, but the problem is not solved.

post_max_size = 200M
upload_max_filesize = 200M
max_execution_time = 900

Still showing why such a problem? like: “The link you followed has expired.” “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”

The wrong php.ini file was edited after finding the right php.ini for the domain changed the value done.
