Upgrading Stuck on upgrade.py v2.4.4

Hello There

I need help..
when I do upgrade cyberpanel :

133|:443… connected.

Same. Looks like playing russian roulette when upgrading the cyberpanel, always glitching, always an error. I think I will switch to Plesk.

Can you please tell me if at this step update is taking time or just getting stuck and then never responding or is terminated from here?

Same thing happened to me. The whole update process just stopped there and never responding again even after 30 minutes. Please advise

check /home/cyberpanel/upgrade_logs
I thought it was stuck forever, it just downloading too slow
