Upgrading alama linux 9.2 to 9.3, GPG problem

Dear All,

I’m using AlmaLinux 9.2, I tried to upgrad to AlmaLinux 9.3,
seems it is upgraded,
cat /etc/redhat-release
AlmaLinux release 9.3 (Shamrock Pampas Cat)

But seems, some functions are not working properly,
For example, tweak does not open and meld asking for GTK >=3.2

also when I try to update, it downloads all, but cannot update because of GPG error:
Error: GPG check FAILED

Only Almalinux 8.8 and 8.9 is currently supported.
Almalinux 9.x is on the “next” list.
