Hello team,
I had this issue in the past where I was able to issue SSL for my mail server and was able to take care of email deliveries for few days but suddenly lost an access to email services and I had to contact you guys to fix the issue, it worked fine for few days and suddenly rain loop says can’t connect to server and website stopped sending emails, do not know what is causing this issue, I need your help in fixing this concern.

I have learnt something becasue of you bro, I was able to debug email issues and it fixed the problem but I keep having the issue, is there any permanant resolution or do I have to run the debug tests when I go through the same issue again? thanks for your kind support so far, I can’t thank you enough my brother.
You will have to identify the reason for the issue. Unless knowing the reason behind the issue, it cant be fixed. Also, its not cyberpanel specific issue as I am myself using cyberpanel on many production servers where mails are handled. I haven’t came across any such issue. So this is very specific to your server and something somewhere might not be correct with your setup.
As I instructed earlier about your DNS issue, your current DNS has lot of duplicate and invalid entries. Such entries will have negative impact on the domains in many areas.
Actually I followed Usmanair video tutorial the other day and removed all the extra DNS records and updated only required ones as shown in the video, I will post the screenshot now
Can you please confirm one thing Dmarc should be reject or none?
DMARC should be none otherwise it will reject the mails completely.
MX record with mail as value isn’t required.
CNAME value of www.mail isnt required.
A record with name email isnt required unless you have such use case.
Got it, changed DMARK policy to none and I am confused about other records because I followed cyberpanel official video on youtube which is How to get 10/10 Email score using CyberPanel - YouTube and added records as mentioned in the video but still do I have to remove MX record with mail and CNAME value of www.mail and A record with name email?
