After upgrade to CyberPanel 1.9.4 and to OpenLiteSpeed 1.6.7 (unfortunatelly both of the at the same update) quite often i am not able to upload images in my wordpress website.
The error i get in wordpress is “Post-processing of the image failed. If this is a photo or a large image, please scale it down to 2500 pixels and upload it again.”
Here is the result i get from error log…

I have the same issue, permissions are right already tried with clicking fix permissions button. It starts to work without any issue when server restarted and after some time ends up like this any ideas? Anyone here doesnt have this issue can you tell us your OLS version we can try to downgrade maybe
Not sure if the same problem ysintos explains, but also having problems with file uploads (media uploads / file manager phpmyadmin). upload_max_filesize and post_max_size set ok. Uploads stop working, restart, ok for a very short while, then stop working. Sometimes one site will be working and another not, then both will stop. Best I can describe is as erratic. This is using Open Litespeed Cent OS 7. Maybe an upgrade to Enterprise would fix it?
Any help with problem would be greatly appreciated, maybe something simple. Like Zalcig says, restart can fix it for a short while.
Thanks for this info, will give it a try. Cyberpanel support did get back to me earlier to confirm it was a bug with OLS. No such problems with Enterprise
