Unable to Upload backup to FTP if use CyberPanel with Updraft

We can not upload our backup file to FTP storage via Updraft if we are using CyberPanel.

It works fine with other control panels like CloudPanel, ServerAvatar, Cloudways etc.

It sounds like there might be compatibility issues between Updraft and CyberPanel. You may need to explore alternative backup solutions compatible with CyberPanel or contact support for assistance in resolving the issue.

Yes. It is only if we are using CyberPanel. I also tested this with some other panels and all of them are working fine.

I’ve just created backup through Updraft and pushed via FTP just fine. (Note: using OpenLiteSpeed)

Only when CSF (CONFIGSERVER SECURITY AND FIREWALL)! is turned off. If we turn on CSF then it does not work.

Also, the Cloudflare plugin purge function does not work when OWASP ModSecurity Core Rules are TURN ON.

CSF is causing problems, and I’ve contacted their support, they are not responsive.
