Unable to restore website with error [575][5009]

hi, when i try to restore my website i get the following error message: Error Message: ‘NoneType’ object has no attribute ‘text’. Not able to create Account, Databases and DNS Records, aborting. [575][5009]

i have consulted related article here: Error restore website [5009] - #2 by usmannasir1, but my SQL password is still default, my cyberpanel just instant creation. I copied the backup file from another cyberpanel and restored
MAIN LOG FILE also does not record recovery progress
please give me a way to fix it, thanks
