We have Imunify, a security scanner, installed on our CyberPanel. It is currently running in the backend. However, when attempting to access it through CyberPanel or by logging in directly, we encounter an authentication error, stating that the login credentials are incorrect. We have thoroughly verified the root password, disabled the firewall, and even reinstalled Imunify, but the error persists. We have reviewed the Imunify log file and found only one warning message:
im360.plugins.client360: message with server_id=None will not be sent to the Server.
Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
