Unable to login cyber panel dashboard for first time install

i’ve installed cyberpanel on fresh centos 7, with default password
i Visit:
https::8090
Username: admin
Password: 1234567

but when i clicked button sign in its stuck nothing happen, i cant sign in please help

im beginner, i cant login my cyberpanel pls help
