Unable to download ZIP file from File Manager – “Unauthorized access: Not a valid file”

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue when trying to download a ZIP file using the File Manager in CyberPanel. When I click to download the file, instead of downloading it, the browser opens a page displaying the following error message:

Unauthorized access: Not a valid file.

This issue has been happening for about 2 months now, and my CyberPanel installation is already updated to the latest version.

I have tried different browsers but the problem persists. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?
