Unable to create a website on a fresh CyberPanel installation

I just deployed a Vultr server with CyberPanel(from marketplace), and when I try to add a website the error message below appears:

Error Message: cat: /home/cyberpanel/[site number here]: No such file or directory

Please update your cyberpanel and try.

But a new installation certainly already installs the latest version, right? And the same problem happened a few weeks ago, in the same scenario (new installation).

Furthermore, when logging into the terminal via SSH, a message always appears warning me of an update, and I always accept the installation. Even so, lately I have been facing this problem on new installations, today I managed to solve it using the rebuild option on Vultr using Community StackScripts (I used litespeed/cyberpanel)
