Unable to Access Wordpress Admin, Page resfreshing and Phpmy admin error

Hi, I face a major issue this morning, I use cyberpanel free version in Digital Ocean Droplet. I could not able to login Log In ‹ WikiNBio – Wikipedia and Biography — WordPress page just refreshes and nothing happens.

  1. phpmyadmin throws error

even i don’t have backup - please help
