we installed smpp client php script on hostinger VPS CentOS7 with Cyberpanel but we unable to make 3way handshake from VPS to another server
- firewall is off
- ssl is installed
- using wireshark, we capture Packets attachment is here.
we anylses syn request then syn and ack, after that gives rst which teminate the connection.
