Try to update but my website is down?

i try to update my website following this http://docs.cyberpanel.net/doku.php?id=upgrade but now my website is down, i cant connect to the panel at port :8090 and my website is down,

login as root and show this

when i try to visit my site either on the :8090 port or just the domain itself

ok so this is what i did, first i follow the upgrade instructions on this http://docs.cyberpanel.net/doku.php?id=upgrade instalation failed, then i try to login to port :8090 but it showed error 503 or something like that , then i decided to do a server restart and now i get connection errors try, may be i need to change the listen port or trun off the firewall or restart the whole cyberpanel software?

it said 1.6.0 but i somehow think that it wasnt that version, because i installed on another server that version and the UI on file manager was diferent
