I believe many users would like to see the user’s disk usage including email and databases and logs por user. Cpanel uses this model and it is essential to sell plans. Using the calculation only based on the public_html folder is bad. Please consider this as a priority, include databases, logs and emails as the total quota, and block the user when the limit reaches.
