Hi,

recently I saw some users posting questions and issues about DNS configuration

and some of them , the DNS nameserver is not actually pointed to cyberpanel.

This tool can help you to find the actual nameserver for your domain

as you can see in example, this domain DNS is managed by Cloudflare , which of course , anything you edited in cyberpanel , is not going to work

so please check this out before you post any issue about DNS management
