This site can’t be reached refused to connect

All along I have been getting access to my cyberpanel dashboard, Then yesterday I wanted to update the code. And I got the error:

This site can’t be reached

sitename.com:8090 refused to connect.
I have internet access which is opening other pages in my browser.
All proxies are unchecked in my network.
At one point, it went through and took me to the dashboard, then in there, i could not do anything else as it went back to refusing to connect.
Please help.

Also it might be the client:

  1. Clear browser history e.g. in chrome Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data
  2. Disable Antivirus or proxy
  3. Flush your dns cache
  4. Change your dns servers The Best Free and Public DNS Servers (April 2023)

I have tried the above options you gave except 4, nothing is working.
Am trying to change the DNS servers

I have also changed my DNS. And still getting the same error.

So, I was able to access my cyberpanel using my IP address:8090.
This can be closed.
