The file manager cannot open properly

First disable any addons that might block external js/css for your websites. Also disable VPN if you are using one.
If the above doesnt work try and upgrade the panel using this guide here:
sh <(curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/usmannasir/cyberpanel/stable/preUpgrade.sh || wget -O - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/usmannasir/cyberpanel/stable/preUpgrade.sh)
If using a sudo user rather than root, try this:
sudo su - -c "sh <(curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/usmannasir/cyberpanel/stable/preUpgrade.sh || wget -O - https://raw.githubusercontent.com/usmannasir/cyberpanel/stable/preUpgrade.sh)"
