Suspend, Welcome default page

i hope can be approved

  1. Default Welcome Page (permanent, will not reset everytime do upgrade)
  2. Default Suspend Page (permanent, will not reset everytime do upgrade) not go to 404 page

and i hope can be added from 8090 control panel… and not as add on premium feature
