I’ve been actively using CyberPanel across multiple servers, and I’d like to share some important issues and improvement suggestions. These changes can significantly improve user experience:
Very Short Session Timeout
After logging in, the session expires too quickly.
Even while uploading files, the panel logs out, causing the upload to fail.
This makes long tasks difficult because we must re-enter login details every few minutes.
Raw Code Appearing Before Dashboard Loads
When the dashboard loads, raw code flashes under various elements before proper data appears.
Also, on the server IP page, this XML line still appears:
This looks like an output/rendering issue and affects UI clarity.
“Top Processes” Table Jumps Constantly
Under Server → Top Processes, the page refreshes every second.
Because of this, the data table keeps shifting downward, making it almost impossible to view or click items.
A slower refresh interval (5–10 seconds) or manual refresh option would help.
INSIGHTS Icons Should Be Clickable
The icons on the main dashboard—Users, Websites, DNS, Database, etc.—should link directly to their respective sections.
This would greatly improve navigation and save time.
Need a Compact View / Condensed Layout
The current dashboard uses large individual boxes with too much spacing.
A compact or minimal view would help users access key functions faster without excessive scrolling.
These improvements can greatly enhance usability.
