Subdomain issue

Hi, i want to create a subdomain for my website e.g sport.example.com
now i referred to this tutorial 3 - Creating and Managing Child Domains - 04 - Websites - CyberPanel Community and created a child domain under my domain
but the issue is i can’t access it via sport.example.com…
if i type example.com/sport.example.com then its working
i want to be able to access it via sport.example.com and install wordpress in subdomain please guide me

i am using cloudflare

Yes i did.

You have to create a A record for the subdomain in you dns setting, in my case i create in both sides, in my server dns record and the cloudflare, some time we have to wait the dns propagation if we create an A record in ours dns server.
