Hello! I have a website https://mamazhanna.ru. I would like to make a sub-domain for other cities - samara.mamazhanna.ru. I created a new child domain in mamazhanna.ru/public_html/samara.mamazhanna.ru and address for sub-domain website - https://mamazhanna.ru/samara.mamazhanna.ru.
I need next address: samara.mamazhanna.ru. How do this work?

i created a child domain. Source of the website samara.mamazhanna.ru in folder - mamazhanna.ru/public_html/samara.mamazhanna.ru and my website open in link:https://mamazhanna.ru/samara.mamazhanna.ru/
But i would like website opens in link https://samara.mamazhanna.ru
if you added as child domain you can open this as you like the subdomain what is the issue in opring?
Yes. you can create a website the CyberPanel way. Just add samara.mamazhanna.ru in Domain name field.
Avoid this kind of path do this instead:
Say mamazhanna.ru is at /home/mamazhanna.ru/public_html
Set samara.mamazhanna.ru as /home/samara.mamazhanna.ru/ so that you separate both websites completely for better management
I set as /home/samara.mamazhanna.ru/
But link not working.
But i can’t add new website samara.mamazhanna.ru if i also added child domain.
Do not edit the VHOST that way. This can be easily done the recommended CyberPanel way
Please if you can do this:
- Delete samara.mamazhanna.ru and all its child domains and mailboxes
- Go to https://SERVER_URL/websites/createWebsite
- In Domain Name field add samara.mamazhanna.ru
