Ssue upgrading CyberPanel on AlmaLinux 9 – Error 500 on port 8090

Hello,

When I try to upgrade CyberPanel to the latest version, I get the error below during the process.
After the upgrade attempt, when I try to access the panel on port 8090, it returns Error 500.

My system is AlmaLinux 9.

Seems something wrong with upgrade, please check…

I am having the same issue. With support @shoaibkk telling me to wait then I do not hear from him for another 14-24+ hrs. My clean backup from my host is now gone because there is no cure for the DNS debacle that is happening on my server since the upgrade and it has taken longer than a week.. @usmannasir said in a post to downgrade using the upgrade function but that doesn’t work either. Support has really let me down on this. if anyone at @SupportHost is interested in looking at ticket SQ49EOWR8. The request Admin button at the top doesn’t work. I hope there are some answers soon.
