SSL installation

i have name.com free 1 year SSL certificate
but i have issue in instalation in cyberpanel
its show “The server is not sending the required intermediate certificate”
i have SERVER CERTIFICATE
ROOT
INTERMEDIATE
but i cant install in cyberpanel chaifile
