We are trying to create a host “help.mydomain.com via cyberpanel with SSL after check log we find out that the log has two error as following.
Failed to obtain SSL for: help.mydomain.com and: www. help.mydomain.com
Trying to obtain SSL for: help.mydomain.com
Successfully obtained SSL for: help.mydomain.com
May I know why the cyberpanel added “www” automatic and how can I avoid this situation?
