Something strange is happening in Cyberpanel!

It all started when I purchased the CyberPanel add-ons.

I had created a new virtual card for payment. A few days after making the payment, I received a warning from Facebook about unknown payment attempts from the virtual card, so I closed the card.

Now, there’s an SSH login attack being carried out on the NAS SFTP device I use for backups.
The strange thing is that I only use the port I assigned in Cyberpanel.

Finally, for the past week, they have been stalling me with support requests to refund the add-on I purchased. They are not giving me my money back.

Refund my payment. And explain to us why our card details and FTP information were attacked!

I am having the same issue with support @shoaibkk keeps telling me to wait then I do not hear from him for another 14-24+ hrs. My clean backup from my host is now gone because there is no cure for the DNS debacle that is happening on my server since the upgrade. @usmannasir said in apost to downgrade using the upgrade function but that doesn’t work either. Support has really let me down on this. if anyone at @SupportHost is interested in looking at ticket SQ49EOWR8. The request Admin button at the top doesn’t work. I hope there are some answers soon.
