[ SOLVED ] Changing upload_max_filesize

Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?

I can change the PHP files, but it does not change on the phpinfo(); check at all.
It stays at 2M.

SOLUTION:
Check if Apache or it uses normal OpenLiteSpeed PHP configs.
Mine used Apache.
