SnappyMail Authentication Failed

I just installed cyberpanel on my vps ( hostinger vps ) i installed it with the one line command

sh <(curl https://cyberpanel.net/install.sh || wget -O - https://cyberpanel.net/install.sh)

then i logged in and created a website and DNS records and added these DNS records inside cloudflare and everything works fine also i issue SSL certificate and everything is working except that SnappyMail always gives me an error that

Authentication failed

Server message: AUTHENTICATIONFAILED Authentication failed.

even if the email/password is correct , i am using Ubuntu 18.04 , my main database is MongoDB + Nginx with NextJS APP, please i need help.

here it is, i also added all records into cloudflare and changed the port from 8090 to 8443 to be able to work with cloudflare without any problems.

please i need help , i have been into this situation for 4 days and I am not sure how to resolve it , and i cannot even update Snappymail to see if its a version problem or not :frowning:

when i re-installed cyberpanel and did the same process again , checkTls gives me all error except the first one :sob:
