Im recieving this error and before i recieved the error of no matching ptr/rdns, despite me setting the correct domain, and setting the correct ptr/rdns via contabo and setting the hostname.
I got iy working, Onboarding can be bugged.
I used a mail checker and all the boxes checked out.
So i decided to issue mail server ssl and now emails work
