I have using cyberpanel now over year, I have set third party SMTP handle server mail for any server notifications.
I never got single message from server is there way I can confirm its working?
I’m 100% sure my SMTP credentials are right I use same account on one of websites too and it works fine.

Please check inside log files to know what’s really happening.

How I trigger server send mail to see what logs will report?

Connection get time out to google, do I need port 25 open when use external smtp? I tried set smtp with google smtp and namecheap private email smtp both get same time out. I also tried disable firewall but no any luck.

might be your provider blocking SMTP

SMTP work fine with WordPress SMTP plugin but cyberpanel server mail wont work. I just setup new server and have still same problem.

I just setup mautic with same SMTP and everything works 100% with wp-SMTP and mautic on same server. Problem have to be with something to do cyberpanel mail config.

it seems google is blocking your massage can you send any other as well.

Same SMTP mail working on same server on wp SMTP and mautic. I tried server smpt use Gmail and namecheap mail both no luck… I have tried two server installation both same issue.
I have one server with own mail server and get sometimes mail from server but never any from third party smtp.

Is there some way send test mails from server mailer to test?? Would make testing 10x easier if can try send different email addresses etc.
