Server Error (500) When trying to access panel using ip address. please tell me how to resolve this. On hosted website error showing as could not connect.

Access SSH: OK but
When I trying to access panel using ip address: 8090
I got error:
500
Internal Server Error
An internal server error has occured.
Maybe helpme please
