error accing dashboard.

I have the same problem and it looks like cyberpanel database password problem. Check with the following command.
systemctl status mariadb

Greatly appreciate if someone can give detailed proper steps to reset the password.

Hello,

I also agree that the upgrade to 2.4.3 is behaving very suspiciously.

The installation went smoothly, but 80 percent of the websites are in some strange state. The websites freeze, sometimes the pages don’t load, after CTRL+F5 the page may load, but in a few minutes the same page won’t load again.

It’s a live website, I can’t afford to leave it in this state and mess around with it. I restored the 2.4.2 backup and it’s working again.

I seem to access my main website but can’t access the panel.

The update got stuck for 15 minutes, and I was unable to do anything, so I stopped the update. The issue occurred.

Hello, ran into the issue today, for me the following commands before upgrading did the trick (Almalinux 8) :
dnf install python3-cffi
pip install --upgrade pip

check /home/cyberpanel/stderr.log file
